  • You will be working under the name of humsafarmatrimony.com. You are not allowed to run another franchisee of matrimonial service till the tenure.
  • franchisee charges are non - refundable.
  • You need to strictly follow the business model given by humsafarmatrimony.com Sharing of intellectual property, Data, Business model, Logistics is not allowed.
  • As a Franchisee, you will be entitled to register profiles only and not give any contact information of other humsafarmatrimony.com members, Paid member will be contact details online itself.
  • Over pricing of the services shall not be tolerated. You will not charge any amount in excess of the what is specified by us.
  • you may offer discounts at your end in your sole discretion. If there are any changes in prices we will notify you. During the term of this franchisee, you will not engage yourself in any kind of business agreement with any of our competitors for online matrimonial or related activities.
  • We may appoint any number of Franchisees as required on business considerations which may include the territory/area/locality same as your operation.
  • We reserve our right to terminate the Franchisee without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the deposit shall be refunded.
  • If it comes to our notice that you have misused the name of humsafarmatrimony.com or any information related to it then we will take proper action against it.
  • Disputes and claims arising out of this Agreement shall be referred for arbitration before a sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue of arbitration will be at Bhilai
  • Franchisee will have to work as per terms and conditions laid by humsafarmatrimony.com from time to time.
  • You will have to use humsafarmatrimony.com name for advertising.
  • Franchisee can do advertisements through various advertisements mode such as Newspapers, Radio channels ,Cable Connection or Listing in magazines. But it should be first intimated to humsafarmatrimony.com about matter and format.
  • All technical issues will be handled by humsafarmatrimony.com
  • you will have to bear with us, if any technical problems arises (whose chances are very less).
  • humsafarmatrimony.com keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the service provided.
  • humsafarmatrimony.com holds the right for changing this operating agreement from time to time.
  • While registering Members under you, Members should know that their profiles will be listed on humsafarmatrimony.com Site.
  • Franchisee will have to give proper service to their Members. They will have to demonstrate the working of humsafarmatrimony.com 's Site to their Members at least once in proper way.
  • Franchisee should not pass on any information to other agencies which is detrimental to business of humsafarmatrimony.com
  • You will be solely responsible to customers for any money claims .
  • humsafarmatrimony.com Matrimonial Services remains the final decision maker for any disputes.
  • Prior written permission must be taken from humsafarmatrimony.com before doing other activities not mentioned above.
  • You will submit Accounts to Head Office everyday.
